BIM model at every stage of the investment
CONCEPT BIM PROJECT
Based on the model developed during the inventory, three-dimensional architectural concept is developed. It is the basis of both marketing materials, as well as a number of reliable quantitative statements, estimates, analysis (of sunlight, energy) and so on. BIM model gives a more complete picture of the plan of architects, and also allows for faster design changes while maintaining the cohesion of all elements of the documentation. This allows you to better develop the functional-spatial concept.
We offer a full visualization service consisting of virtual BIMx walks, static images of the exterior of the building, axonometric views of individual floors with exposed ceilings and interior renderings in iVisit 3D technology.
Construction drawings can also be obtained directly from the BIM model. We use a system developed by us to minimize the amount of work required to enter information in a construction project. Thanks to that each piece of information is added only once. As a result, documentation is always internally consistent, not only in terms of drawings (BIM model feature), but also text information. Depending on the time which is intended for the construction project, it may have the features of multi-discipline BIM model object. This means that already at the design stage, you can predict the number of conflicts, such as for example collisions of components and the installations. Our priority is, however, the date of submission of the necessary documents in offices.
COMPREHENSIVE IMPLEMENTATION PROJECT
This stage involves enrichment of model for the information needed to carry out the construction. All constructions components are modeled, cubature installation elements and breakthroughs, both in existing tissue of building, as designed elements. Thanks to that model it is possible to avoid conflicts and collisions on site, as well as obtain real quantitative data. This model is a set of information that allows you to erect a building. Its content can be expanded during construction. The model allows for obtaining 2D drawings.
ANALYSIS, SCHEDULES, ESTIMATES – BIM 4D, 5D, 6D
A three-dimensional model of the planned investment is a source of reliable information that allows to automatically perform a series of analyzes such as an estimate of energy, takeoff, or work schedule. Tools allow you to effectively use the various information contained in the BIM model. We work with specialists in various industries, including LEED certified specialists, BIM experts or estimates. We use their knowledge and experience in the analysis of the BIM model in terms of energy efficiency, or their use for oing takeoff and scheduling.
BIM MODEL IN REBUILD PROJECT
ENRICHMENT OF MODEL
We refine and add relevant information to BIM model, for eg. data from the technical expertise or architectural conservation study. All important information is assigned to the individual elements of the virtual building and can easily be used in next stages of design and implementation.
STAGES OF RECONSTRUCTION
During the design work status of reconstruction is assigned on all elements: an existing element (to keep), for demolition or designed. As a result, we can easily graphically model the different stages of remodeling.
ALL ABOUT OBJECT IN MODEL
The virtual building is the source of all relevant information about the project. On it’s basis technical drawings are developed, juxtaposition to takeoffs and estimates, as well as visualizations and marketing materials. All elements of documentation are generated from the model, so they are always consistent and the data contained therein are certain.
