Second, instead of imposing ready-made schemes on our customers, we encourage them to co-create solutions. Without the inspiration they gave us we would not earn our current position. Their input in building up our most valuable asset, the original methodology, is priceless. Simply put, our know-how is a register of collective and carefully documented experiences.
