OpenBIM-based tender documents defined requirements for contractors and designers within a new investment

Scope:

  • Implementation and standardization of BIM requirements in tendering and FM phase
  • Real-time consulting and substantive support
  • representing at the National Appeals Chamber (KIO)

Outcome

The transparent requirements in the BIM-based functional-utility program (PFU) allowed the customer to issue correctly a >1 bln PLN call for tenders
