Open format based requirements were set up to determine how to apply BIM at design and construction stage for power stations, transmission lines and buildings. Analogically, tendering conditions were stipulated. Plus, the customer benefits from continuous support and consulting 




Scope:

  • Setting up of specification of essential terms of the contract (SIWZ)

  • Legal analysis in cooperation with SMW Legal
  • Real-time consulting and substantive support
  • representing at the National Appeals Chamber (KIO)
